Allyship

Allyship is an active and consistent effort to use one’s own power to support and advocate for people with less power. Backed by statistics and real examples, this workshop will delve into why allyship is so important for retention and overall workplace satisfaction.   

Decision Fatigue

We make roughly 35,000 decisions every day.  This workshop explores the findings that decision-making requires energy and how the number and intensity of daily decisions might impact the quality and intelligence of future decisions. Taking steps to reduce decision-fatigue can improve operations, efficiency, and safety.   

Unveiling Bias in Feedback

For supervisors and organization leaders, giving feedback is part of the job description. Their employees need to be ready and willing to receive that feedback. But it’s not always that easy – especially when bias enters the picture. This workshop highlights how unconscious biases can interfere with providing quality, fair, and useful feedback and will provide your team with the tools and techniques to overcome bias.   

Resilient Together

This trauma-informed team-building workshop series  is designed for high-stress professions like first responders, military personnel, and healthcare workers. Over the course of a year, participants engage in four in-person workshops focused on healing, resilience, and connection, supported by optional one-on-one sessions with trauma-informed practitioners. Blending education, somatic practices, peer support, and expressive arts, this program creates a safe and supportive space to process trauma, strengthen teams, and build a healthier workplace culture.

As a holistic counselor with a unique military/seagoing background, Patti Tutalo brings a wealth of diverse experiences, knowledge, and empathy to help you face and tackle your challenges. She is relatable, employing an approach that combines coaching with holistic counseling (mental health counseling from the perspective of mind, body, and spirit).
