Format: Hybrid (Onsite and Virtual) | One Year

This is a yearlong program designed for first responders, military members, healthcare professionals, and others in high-stress environments.

These professions face higher rates of burnout, absenteeism, and workplace conflict due to ongoing exposure to intense situations. This program helps break that cycle by creating a structured and supportive space where individuals can process stress, strengthen relationships, and build long-term resilience.

Participants will learn practical ways to reduce decision fatigue, leading to greater efficiency, improved operations, and enhanced safety.

For supervisors and organizational leaders, giving and receiving feedback is essential but not always easy. This workshop shows how to make feedback clear, fair, and actionable, using research, real-world examples, and practical techniques. As a holistic counselor with a unique military/seagoing background, Patti Tutalo brings a wealth of diverse experiences, knowledge, and empathy to help you face and tackle your challenges. She is relatable, employing an approach that combines coaching with holistic counseling (mental health counseling from the perspective of mind, body, and spirit).
